How to choose a portable carport

Fabric or metal roof?Fabric (PE) carports are cheaper and portable but temporary. Quictent says its all-metal roof canopy resists sun, rain, wind and snow much better.

SizeA 10x20 ft carport covers one car or small truck; 12x20 ft gives room for a bigger truck. Quictent's heavy-duty canopy comes in 10x15, 10x20 and 12x20 ft.

Anchor it well: portable carports catch the wind. Use the stakes and straps, anchor to the ground, and clear heavy snow off fabric roofs.

FAQ

What size carport do I need?

Is a portable carport good in snow and wind?

Fabric carports are temporary shelters: anchor them well and clear snow. Quictent's metal-roof canopy is made to resist sun, rain, wind and snow better than fabric covers.

Carport, car canopy or portable garage: what's the difference?

A carport or car canopy is a roof (sometimes with partial walls); a portable garage or car shelter is fully enclosed. Quictent's 20x10 shelter has removable mesh windows.
