The right one depends on your space and how you train. Here are Garvee's, Soozier's and HOMCOM's punching bags and stands compared, with today's prices and codes.

FAQ
What is the best punching bag for home?
For small spaces, a free-standing reflex bag like Garvee's. For power training, a heavy bag on a stand, such as Garvee's foldable stand with a bag included or Soozier's stand with two speed bags.
Do I need a stand for a punching bag?
Not if you choose a free-standing bag that sits on a weighted base, or if you can hang a heavy bag from a ceiling beam. A stand lets you hang a heavy bag without drilling.
How much space does a heavy bag stand need?
Check the footprint and height: Garvee's foldable stand is 69" × 36" and adjusts from 72" to 91" high, and it folds away after training.
Free standing punching bag or heavy bag?
A free-standing bag is easier to move and quieter for cardio and technique; a heavy bag on a stand takes harder hits and kicks for power training.
